- Full amount of rent needs to be paid in advance in order to collect the keys/door codes
- Damage Deposit also have to be paid
- 30% of the total rent must be received to confirm the booking
- Any bills (water, electricity, gas) need to be paid separately upon receiveng them. You will be informed
- Meter readings are taken on the day of arrival and departure in order to calculate strictly your consumption only
- A final cleaning will take place after your departure. That will be deducted from the inital Damage Deposit
Not all your roommates will arrive on the same date, therefore the first one will have the responsibility to check the property and sign the he inventory list.
From the date of arrival the students will have one week to double check the signed inventory and get a copy from
Reception. (This will give time to all roommates to check the inventory).
Please note that failing to handling in the inventory, Serinamar will take that the copy given on the check-in date is ok, everything works properly and the property is received in perfect condition.
On your check-out the property will be inspected and any damage or loses found will be replaced/repaired from the deposit.
