Arrival Information (check-in) - Check in starts from 16:00h.
Please make sure you have updated your arrival time in order to plan and carry out your check-in in the most beneficial way for all, inform us of any alterations, delays or changes in plans etc. Here is the full information about the check in procedure that you will receive*.
- 2 days after the reservation confirmation you will receive an email with a personalised link to your own Guest Portal. There you can find detailed information about your apartment, neighbourhood, services and pretty much anything you need to know about.
- 3 days before the arrival date you will receive an email and an SMS that contains a link. On that link you can register all guests’ personal information (ID/Passport). On the very same link you will be asked to complete a security deposit hold. This is not a charge; it’s a temporary hold and it deactivates after your departure automatically. Both the passport info and security deposit are mandatory steps.
- once full payment is done, all guests have been registered, and security deposit has been completed, on the day of arrival you will receive your door code or key collection instructions. Nearly all our apartments are equipped with digital locks so you will be able to go directly to the apartment. In some cases, you might need a key or a fob but all that will be explained to you.
And that’s it! You are ready to enjoy your holidays in one of our holiday homes!
Departure (check-out) - Departure is until 11:00h.
Any unauthorised departures after 11:00h could be a subject of an extra charge. If you require a later departure, please ask one of our Receptionist when checking-in. We will try to accommodate your request providing that our next arrival is not on the same day. You may stay in the apartment until 15:00h, at a cost of 50€ (apartments) or 100€ (houses) and providing we do not have any guest checking-in.
Any departures after 15:00h will be charged the price for one night.
We very much thank you that on the day of your departure the apartment is tidy and all rubbish is disposed of correctly in the bins provided. Please note that your door code will deactivate at the time of departure automatically. If you have keys, please take ALL sets of keys to the Reception Desk. Make sure you have all your belongings with you. If you prefer you can also book a taxi to leave the apartment.
