Arrival Information (check-in)
Check in starts from 4pm.
Please make sure you have updated your arrival time in order to plan and carry out their check-in in the most beneficial for all, inform us of any alterations, delays or changes in plans.etc. You can send this information by email to email@example.com or by phone: +34 952 81 33 62.
If you have an existing reservation you can complete our online check in FORM (opens in new tab).
If you arrive outside our office hours, we will prepare your keys in our electronic mailboxes, with all the necessary information regarding how to get to your home. The next day it is essential to go to reception to finish your registration process.
If your arrival is after 12:00pm and we have your apartment available and clean, you will receive the keys free of charge. But if it is before this time and you do want to check in early there will be an additional cost of 50€. Anyway, this is a question of availability but of guaranteeing early entry, it is more advisable to extend your reservation one night before. Please do not hesitate to check rates with our receptionists if yish to do so.
Departures up to 11:00 am or earlier.
Any unauthorized departures after 11:00 hours will be penalised. If you require a later departure, please ask one of our Receptionist when checking-in. We will try to accommodate you providing that our next arrival is not on the same day. You may stay in the apartment until 18.00, at a cost of 50€ and providing we do not have any guest checking-in.
Any departures after 18:00 will be charged the price for one night.
We very much thank you that on the day of your departure, the apartment is tidy and all rubbish is disposed correctly in the containers. Please close and lock the doors and take ALL sets of keys to the Reception Desk. If you leave outside office hours, you can place them in our unique electronic lockers which we will send you the codes to open your box. Make sure you have all your belongings with you. If you prefer you can also book a taxi to leave the apartment.
