Grand Deluxe Welcome Pack

A minimum of 300€ must be on credit in each owner´s account for repairs, etc.
Contracts are every six months. Starting from 1 Jan and 1 Jul of the year.
The appropriate number of hours are allocated depending on the size and the condition of the property after guest's departure. Sundays: No cleaning; If you require this service, the hours will be double the price and subject to availability of cleaners.
Charges: 14.04€/ hour + taxes = 17.00€
The cleaner will remove all perishable items from the apartment but leave any dry goods, sealed bottles and frozen food.
If food is left in the freezer, the item will be left in, so will the power supply to the apartment.
Laundry is charged per item (copies available on request).
The cleaner will also remove all bed linen and towels for laundering.
It is only possible for us to remove specific bed linen and towels if we have been notified before arrival of the number of guests staying in the property.
Cleaning and laundry service
Please note that there are no cleaning/laundry services on Sundays. Should you require this service, extra charges will be applied.
The cleaning & laundry service provided by our in-house team is performed in the following ways:
- Arrival Preparation
- All beds are fitted with clean linen.
Within 1 or 2 days before arrival.
Sofa beds and / or spare beds will only be prepared if specifically requested by the owner.
Clean towels are left for the informed occupancy.
All surfaces are wiped over, terraces and terrace furniture cleaned as well.
- Departure Cleaning
- All soiled linen and towels removed
- Lights, A/C and water heater off
- Within 24 Hours - all food removed.
- Rubbish removed
- Power switched off except where property is alarmed)
- Property secured.
During busy times, where departures and arrivals are happening on the same day, the departure clean, and arrival preparation will be done together and may be billed as one item.
